Law360, New York (October 15, 2012, 8:09 PM EDT) -- A Pennsylvania federal judge on Thursday ruled that communications between a man and his former attorney are privileged and not subject to discovery in his malpractice suit against his business partners and Wiggin and Dana LLP, the firm that drew up the partnership contract.
