Pa. Justices Won't Hear Right-To-Know Row Over E-Records

Law360, Philadelphia (October 16, 2012, 4:44 PM EDT) -- The Pennsylvania Supreme Court said Monday it would not hear an appeal in a dispute over whether government agencies must respond to requests under the state’s new Right To Know Law that seek electronic access to records when the records require redaction of personal information.
