Law360, New York (October 16, 2012, 7:22 PM EDT) -- A Massachusetts pharmacy blamed for a deadly fungal meningitis outbreak was hit Monday with a $15 million suit filed by a Tennessee woman who says she has been suffering health problems since being injected with a tainted steroid injection supplied by the pharmacy.
