Jury Awards Rockwell $10M In Data Storage Patent Fight

Law360, New York (October 16, 2012, 4:53 PM EDT) -- A Wisconsin federal jury on Monday handed Rockwell Automation Inc. a $10.1 million award after determining that rival automotive services provider WAGO Kontakttechnik GmbH & Co. KG and its U.S. subsidiary sold industrial control systems and programmable logic controllers that infringe its data storage patent.
