Trans-Alaska Users Blast Carriers' Deal In $786M Pipeline Row

Law360, New York (October 18, 2012, 2:40 PM EDT) -- Two users and a carrier at the Trans-Alaska Pipeline System asked the Federal Energy Regulatory Commission on Monday to reject a settlement proposed by a group of carriers including BP Pipelines (Alaska) Inc. that would close the gap between revenues and funds spent on the $786 million project.
