EPA Particulate Rules Improperly Enforced, DC Circ. Told

Law360, Washington (October 17, 2012, 7:01 PM EDT) -- The Natural Resources Defense Council told a D.C. Circuit panel on Wednesday that the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency ignored Congress' intent when it split its enforcement standards for fine and coarse particulate emissions, saying the lax fine particulate regulations snub potential public health risks.
