Roberts Offers Attys Tips On Arguing Before High Court

Law360, Houston (October 17, 2012, 10:25 PM EDT) -- U.S. Supreme Court Chief Justice John Roberts on Wednesday encouraged attorneys appearing before the high court to view the tough questions lobbed at them during oral argument not as adversarial but as an opportunity to guide the court through complicated legal issues.
