Covington Challenges Removal From Minn.'s 3M Enviro Case

Law360, New York (October 17, 2012, 7:14 PM EDT) -- Covington & Burling LLP on Tuesday challenged a court order disqualifying the firm from the state of Minnesota's environmental suit against 3M Co., saying the judge overlooked crucial facts when he ruled the firm's representation of the state posed a conflict of interest.
