Shell Starts Building Floating LNG Export Plant In Korea

Law360, New York (October 18, 2012, 2:04 PM EDT) -- Anglo-Dutch oil and gas giant Royal Dutch Shell PLC announced Thursday that it has begun construction of its groundbreaking offshore liquefied natural gas facility, the world's first floating gas liquefaction and export terminal, at a shipyard in South Korea.
