Sparks Fly On Capitol Hill Over Energy Bill

Law360 (October 29, 2007, 12:00 AM EDT) -- As Congress struggles to push through a promised energy bill by year's end, senators exchanged volleys Monday over who was to blame for the delays.

In remarks on the Senate floor, Senate Majority Leader Harry Reid (D-Nev.), pointed the finger at energy companies for putting up roadblocks.
