Lawmakers Urge Medicare Not To Expand Redundancy Cuts

Law360, New York (October 18, 2012, 7:35 PM EDT) -- Sixty members of Congress are joining health care providers in urging the Medicare agency to abandon plans to expand a program that cuts the reimbursement rates for redundant services, saying the cuts are senseless and will needlessly punish doctors.
