China Launches Duty Review For Nissan North America

Law360, New York (October 18, 2012, 6:02 PM EDT) -- China's Ministry of Commerce said Thursday that it would review whether Nissan North America Inc. vehicles should be subject to anti-dumping and countervailing duties China imposed in December on cars and sport utility vehicles made in the U.S.
