US Slams Jailed Supplement Maker's Bid To Duck $450M Fine

Law360, New York (October 18, 2012, 6:55 PM EDT) -- The U.S. on Thursday blasted a move by imprisoned herbal supplements tycoon Steve Warshak to set aside a judgment ordering him to cough up more than $450 million in connection with his fraud and money laundering conviction, saying new case law cited by Warshak is not relevant to his previously filed petition.
