Employer Tells High Court To OK Broad Supervisor Definition

Law360, New York (October 22, 2012, 2:37 PM EDT) -- Ball State University told the U.S. Supreme Court on Friday that the Seventh Circuit's take on who qualifies as a supervisor that can create Title VII liability for an employer is too narrow, but insisted that a university employee accused of harassment was not a supervisor under any standard.
