DLA Piper Slams Lawmakers' ZTE Cybersecurity Claims

Law360, New York (October 19, 2012, 4:32 PM EDT) -- Following last month's letter from two members of Congress chastising DLA Piper for its representation of ZTE Corp., the firm responded by standing its ground and dismissing the lawmakers' allegations that the Chinese telecommunications equipment company poses cybersecurity threats to the United States.
