CORRECTED: Gore Asks Justices To Review Joint Inventor Standard

Law360, New York (October 22, 2012, 6:24 PM EDT) -- W.L. Gore & Associates Inc. recently urged the U.S. Supreme Court to overturn an appeals court ruling that heightened the standard for joint inventorship, saying the revamped benchmarks would have a chilling effect on valuable research.
