Stanley B&D Sues InfoLogix Brass Over $4.3M Merger Fees

Law360, Wilmington (October 19, 2012, 9:07 PM EDT) -- Former management at InfoLogix Inc. duped Stanley Black & Decker Inc. into picking up the tab for $4.3 million in financial adviser fees when the tool and electronics giant acquired InfoLogix in 2011, according to a complaint filed in Delaware federal court Thursday.

New Britain, Conn.-based Stanley alleges it effectively overpaid for InfoLogix in the $61.2 million deal after being misled by the health care information technology company's CEO, David T. Gulian, among others.
