Miami Archdiocese Joins ACA Contraception Mandate Fight

Law360, New York (October 22, 2012, 2:35 PM EDT) -- The Archdiocese of Miami and its affiliated health care providers on Friday became the latest Catholic organization to sue the federal government over the Affordable Care Act's contraception mandate on the grounds that it violates its religious beliefs.
