UIG Says Rival Insurance Co. Stole Workers, Trade Secrets

Law360, New York (October 22, 2012, 6:55 PM EDT) -- United Insurance Group Agency Inc. on Friday went after Amerilife Group LLC in Florida federal court, claiming Amerilife lured UIG employees to form a competing insurance group following UIG's acquisition by a third company, alleging theft of trade secrets and interference with contract.
