Pa. Court To Eye State's Oversight Of Local Fracking Rules

Law360, Philadelphia (October 23, 2012, 7:28 PM EDT) -- In a hearing before the Pennsylvania Commonwealth Court on Wednesday in Harrisburg, a group of municipalities is set to argue that state utility regulators should be barred from interfering with local gas drilling ordinances after portions of the state’s sweeping new fracking rules were declared unconstitutional in July.
