Del. High Court Junks Sanctions Against Asbestos Atty

Law360, Wilmington (October 22, 2012, 8:32 PM EDT) -- The Delaware Supreme Court on Monday vacated sanctions against an attorney who had erroneously cited a case in an asbestos personal injury suit, ruling the judge had abused her discretion in handing down the $25,000 penalty without a hearing on the matter.
