Oil Co. Apache Enters Fight Over Gulf Drilling Lease Sale

Law360, New York (October 23, 2012, 2:45 PM EDT) -- Oil and gas drilling company Apache Corp. won a bid Monday to intervene in a Washington lawsuit challenging the government's decision to lease to Apache areas in the same part of the Gulf of Mexico that was the site of 2010’s Deepwater Horizon oil spill.
