Sen. Asks DOE To Detail Criteria For Approving LNG Exports

Law360, New York (October 23, 2012, 9:05 PM EDT) -- The U.S. Department of Energy must detail how it will review proposed liquefied natural gas exports, the incoming Senate Energy and Natural Committee chairman said Tuesday in a letter underscoring his enthusiasm for the fossil fuel and concerns that sending it overseas could boost prices domestically.
