Mediation Delayed In $650M Challenge To Ga. River Project

Law360, New York (October 24, 2012, 3:07 PM EDT) -- Mediation in a $650 million environmental lawsuit in South Carolina federal court challenging a project to deepen a shipping channel in the Savannah River was postponed Wednesday until the state's high court hands down a ruling in a similar case, according to an attorney for Savannah Riverkeeper Inc.
