Obermayer Beats Contribution Claim In Philly Courthouse Row

Law360, Philadelphia (October 26, 2012, 5:44 PM EDT) -- A Pennsylvania state judge on Monday dismissed claims that Obermayer Rebmann Maxwell & Hippel LLP was on the hook for a contribution claim in a malpractice case against a former attorney accused of simultaneously representing the Philadelphia judiciary and developers on a $200 million courthouse project, but left the door open for future claims.
