Court's Rebuke Of CPSC Lends Weight To Database Gripes

Law360, New York (October 25, 2012, 10:05 PM EDT) -- A Maryland federal judge has ruled that a complaint about an unnamed company's product is too misleading for the U.S. Consumer Product Safety Commission to publish on an agency database, a groundbreaking decision attorneys say will force the CPSC to address the many grievances companies have with the system or risk another judicial lashing.
