Mining Co. Takes EPA Emissions Rule Challenge To High Court

Law360, New York (October 25, 2012, 3:57 PM EDT) -- Copper mining firm Asarco LLC recently urged the U.S. Supreme Court to force the D.C. Circuit to look more closely at U.S. Environmental Protection Agency restrictions on sulfur dioxide emissions, saying the appeals court erred by failing to determine whether the limits are lower than necessary.
