Werner Lifts Ban On Liability Suits For Home Depot

Law360 (October 31, 2007, 12:00 AM EDT) -- One consequence of the Oct. 25 court approval of Werner Holding Inc.'s liquidation plan is that Home Depot USA Inc. is no longer immune from product liability claims for its role in the bankrupt ladder company's chain of distribution.
