OSHA Levies Another Fine Against Cintas

Law360, New York (October 31, 2007, 12:00 AM EDT) -- The Occupational Safety and Health Administration fined Cintas Corp. $196,000 for over a dozen alleged safety violations at one of the uniform manufacturer's plants, less than three months after the agency levied a $2.78 million fine in response to the March 2007 death of a worker at a different Cintas facility.
