NLRB Chair Says Micro-Unions Ruling Not Shrinking Units

Law360, New York (October 26, 2012, 7:19 PM EDT) -- The National Labor Relations Board's controversial Specialty Healthcare decision drew fire for giving a green light to “micro-units,” but the decision hasn't actually caused a decline in the size of bargaining units unions ask the NLRB to approve, Chairman Mark Pearce said Friday.
