Biz Groups Ask High Court Not To Expand Supervisor Definition

Law360, New York (October 29, 2012, 6:00 PM EDT) -- A pair of business organizations on Friday urged the U.S. Supreme Court not to adopt a broad definition of who qualifies as a supervisor whose actions can saddle an employer with Title VII liability when it reviews a race bias suit brought by a former university employee.
