Army Corps OKs Construction For $65B Alaska LNG Project

Law360, New York (October 29, 2012, 3:36 PM EDT) -- The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers on Friday gave ExxonMobil Corp. the green light to fill in more than 200 acres of wetlands to make way for a $65 billion natural gas extraction and export project on Alaska’s northern border.
