M&A Market To Slow Over Next Year: Survey

Law360, New York (November 1, 2007, 12:00 AM EDT) -- Despite a recent boom in mergers and acquisitions in the U.S., experts doubt that the trend will continue, with many predicting a slowdown beginning in 2008, according to a new survey published by law firm Dykema Gossett PLLC.
