Weinberg Can’t Shift Doc Burden In $19B Chevron Verdict Row

Law360, New York (October 29, 2012, 2:42 PM EDT) -- A Washington federal judge on Wednesday rejected a bid by consulting firm Weinberg Group to force Chevron Corp. to individually challenge hundreds of documents the firm was ordered to disclose in a dispute related to a $19.2 billion Ecuadorean oil spill judgment.
