EU Sticks Chinese Radiator Cos. With Anti-Dumping Duties

Law360, New York (October 29, 2012, 5:35 PM EDT) -- The export and sale of low-price aluminum radiators from China has had a harmful effect on the European industry for such merchandise, the Council of the European Union said last week, imposing anti-dumping duties on the radiators.

The council implemented a regulation adopting many of the conclusions reached in a provisional duty issued earlier this year, pointing to various “state-induced distortions” that purportedly drive down prices for the radiators.
