Fisker Fights A123's Bid To Terminate Battery Contract

Law360, Wilmington (October 30, 2012, 9:15 PM EDT) -- Fisker Automotive Inc. on Tuesday protested A123 Systems Inc.'s request to reject its contract with the electric car company, saying the groundless motion would hurt Fisker while burdening the bankrupt battery maker's estate with a claim that could top $100 million.
