Stryker Again Seeks To Block Exec From Jumping To Zimmer

Law360, New York (October 31, 2012, 4:47 PM EDT) -- Stryker Corp. sought Tuesday to revive its bid to halt the sales activity of a former high-ranking employee who jumped ship to rival medical device maker Zimmer Inc., saying the employee is attempting to lure Stryker customers away by using its proprietary pricing strategies.

Stryker asked U.S. District Judge Robert Holmes Bell to reconsider his Monday order denying it an emergency restraining order against ex-employee Gregory J. Roche, who allegedly defected to Zimmer in violation of a noncompete contract, and took confidential information on Stryker's pricing...
