Law360, Philadelphia (October 31, 2012, 6:31 PM EDT) -- Chemical companies in the crosshair of a toxic tort case alleging that a worker died from leukemia after years of exposure to benzene-containing products have fired back, filing objections on Friday and Wednesday that say the complaint failed to allege any specific evidence tying them to the plaintiff's medical problems.
