FERC Agrees To Reconsider Kinder Request For Rate Hike

Law360, New York (October 31, 2012, 7:52 PM EDT) -- The Federal Energy Regulatory Commission on Wednesday said it would consider rehearing Kinder Morgan's case for increasing rates for its Trailblazer pipeline, which the agency initially rejected over concerns that the hike would have upended a previous price agreement with gas shippers.
