ITC Probes Electrical Cos. Accused Of Flouting Circuit Ban

Law360, New York (October 31, 2012, 8:02 PM EDT) -- The U.S. International Trade Commission has launched enforcement proceedings against domestic and Chinese companies found to have manufactured or imported products that infringe Leviton Manufacturing Co. patents covering electrical safety system technology, according to a preview of Thursday's Federal Register.

The ITC said it has decided to initiate enforcement proceedings against the infringing companies.
