Cases On Hold As Manhattan Courthouse Grinds To A Halt

Law360, New York (October 31, 2012, 8:21 PM EDT) -- Some downstate New York courts have reopened in Hurricane Sandy's wake but the bustling federal courthouse in lower Manhattan remained without a date for resumption of business Wednesday, and the chief judge there pushed back criminal deadlines and paused civil filings until at least early November.
