Insurers Seek Contributions In Toxic Idaho Mine Defense

Law360, New York (October 31, 2012, 6:01 PM EDT) -- OneBeacon America Insurance Co. and Sparta Insurance Co. on Wednesday sued more than a dozen other insurers they say owe contributions to defense costs for litigation over a contaminated Idaho mine site under policies they issued to the mine’s previous owners.
