Chevron Rips Ecuadorean Bid To Seek $19B Award In Argentina

Law360, New York (October 31, 2012, 7:07 PM EDT) -- Chevron Corp. on Wednesday vowed to fight attempts by Ecuadorean plaintiffs to enforce a $19 billion judgment over its alleged pollution of the Amazon rain forest by shifting the dispute to Argentina, calling the judgment an illegitimate product of bribery and fraud.
