Fourth Circuit Vacates Ruling Against RZS

Law360 (November 1, 2007, 12:00 AM EDT) -- An appeals court ruled on Thursday that a lower court could not confirm an arbitration ruling in a dispute between two oil companies when one of the companies had no legal representation due to a dispute with an attorney.
