Apple Battles HTC's Discovery Motion In ITC

Law360, New York (November 1, 2012, 6:56 PM EDT) -- Apple Inc. on Wednesday fought HTC Corp.'s request for additional evidence in the tech giants' ongoing litigation over several Apple smartphone patents, telling the U.S. International Trade Commission the issues targeted in the discovery motion have already been resolved.
