Law360, New York (November 5, 2012, 12:55 PM EST) -- On Oct. 1, 2012, Nashville financial adviser Aaron Donald Vallett, 35, was sentenced to 120 months imprisonment by United States District Judge Todd J. Campbell. Vallett pled guilty to defrauding more than 20 victims out of several million dollars, including his own family and friends, in an elaborate Ponzi scheme.
