DOJ Wants Teva Docs In Connection With FCPA Investigation

Law360, New York (November 2, 2012, 2:10 PM EDT) -- Teva Pharmaceutical Industries Ltd. said Thursday that it had received requests for documents from the U.S. Department of Justice in connection with a Foreign Corrupt Practices Act probe in Latin America, following a similar request from the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission.
