NRC Questions Exelon Nuke Plant's Flood Plan Post-Fukushima

Law360, New York (November 2, 2012, 5:26 PM EDT) -- Exelon Generation Co. LLC must address U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission concerns over whether the flood response plan for one of Exelon’s nuclear plants can handle a catastrophic flood similar to last year’s tsunami that sparked a nuclear emergency at Japan’s Fukushima plant, the regulator said Friday.
