London Fog Readies For Wind-Down, Plan Vote

Law360, New York (November 2, 2007, 12:00 AM EDT) -- London Fog Group Inc. is one step closer to shuttering its operations now that the judge overseeing its Chapter 11 liquidation has signed off on its disclosure statement.

Nevada Bankruptcy Judge Gregg Zive signed an order approving the statement and outlining voting procedures on the accompanying liquidation plan, which the company and its unsecured creditors committee jointly filed in September.

Zive also scheduled a confirmation hearing for Dec. 13 on the joint plan for the company's liquidation. The deadline for any objections to the plan is...
