Law360, New York (November 2, 2012, 11:14 PM EDT) -- A proposed class of residential property owners has accused McGuireWoods LLP of keeping them from a portion of $100 million in claims in an underlying dispute with a real estate developer, according to a malpractice suit removed to Hawaii federal court Thursday.
